Bear Market

A businessman rides a bear in a corporate lobby in this funny bear image about bear markets and how to survive them. The bear is an iconic and universal symbol of a down and negative stock market. Having a businessman astride the bear in a corporate lobby ties in the elements of traders, businesses, and big business in particular. The bear stock photo as been carefully crafted to be easily cropped to square, horizontal or vertical while providing copy space for headlines and body copy. We have releases on file for both the property and the model. 

The bear has one paw lifted as he is about to move forward lending a dynamic element to the image. The corporate lobby has a bright, clean and upscale feel to it. The element of humor makes the image more memorable and attention grabbing. It offers a needed respite to an emotional topic.

In light of how much the income from creating stock photos has declined I now tend to only create images that are fun for me to create...and this businessman riding a bear fits that description.  The model is actually a good friend of mine and fellow photographer Nader Khouri. Thanks Nader!

Funny Bear Photos

We have many funny and unusual images in our bear picture collection. We have a woman riding a galloping bear, a bear pooping in the woods, a lion, tiger and bear (oh my) having a party, and a huge bear looming behind a concerned businessman in a corporate setting. We also have polar bears playing jingle bells (jingle bulls?), a bear riding a motorcycle, and a bear emerging from a porta potty in the woods. What fun!

Bears and bulls and bears together, represent market volatility and dangers and risks in the S&P 500, the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq markets. They are global symbols of market conditions and can effectively cross cultural, geographic and political lines. They make great visuals for international audiences.
