Funny Mouse Photos

This funny mouse photo features a relaxed mouse kicking back in a Martini glass while munching on an olive. The background is a darkly lit bar, and a second martini glass lays on its side with a trickle of gin spilling out onto the wooden bar. The little mouse has eyes eyes narrowed in obvious bliss probably bolstered by the missing contents of the Martini glass he is residing in!  The image has been crafted by Stephanie D. Roeser to provide for ample cropping opportunities, plenty of copy space, and a perfect format for greeting cards.

Funny And Cute Mouse Image

This mouse is so cute you just want to tickle him under his furry little chin! What tag line would you use in this humorous greeting card image? The quality of the image belies the challenges of photographing mice.  Because they are so small one has to get in fairly tight to get a large enough file to work effectively with...which means a very shallow depth of field. Combine that with the constant movement of the little fellows and need for unnatural (for mice) limb placement and you can see that the endeavor of creating a humorous mouse image such as this one can be quite a challenge! It takes patience, perseverance and planning to capture the necessary raw materials. In this particular instance I photographed the mouse, the olive, the tooth pick and the glasses all separtely in my studio. The background bar was actually in Buenos Aires where I had rented it for a stock photo shoot.
