Just enough rim light falls on the model to separate him from the darkness of the sky and still keep our sense of mystery and night. His upturned face indicates a willingness and openess to what is and what might be. I photographed the model in my studio. I created the starfield in Photoshop. The streaks of light were captured by moving the camera during a long exposure of city lights at night. I used Photoshop to composite the various elements together into the final stock image.
