Future City Emerges From The Rain Forest.

An Environmentally Friendly Future Is Illustrated With This Picture of A Futuristic City Rising Above The Vegetation Of A Rain Forest.

Creating A Futuristic City Stock Photo

To create this composite concept stock photo of a future metropolis I utilized buildings that I photographed both in San Francisco and Buenos Aires. Where ever I travel now I keep my eye out for parts that will both spark image ideas and provide me with the building blocks for future images. Needless to say, my collection of pictures is getting a little out of hand! The jungle vegetation was photographed on a hike on Oahu, Hawaii. I used Photoshop to composite the various component pictures together. The final image evokes a feeling of mystery and adventure, as we are explorers and have broken out of the deep jungle and had our first glimpse of some secret civilization with knowledge and accomplishments beyond our own.
