A woman is jogging in the distance on a beach in Brazil. Palm trees line the beach in Brazil where a woman can be seen jogging far below. This unusual shot of a woman jogging on the beach in Brazil was shot from my 8th floor hotel room. I used an unusally long exposure time of 30 seconds. The light is actually from street lights along the promenade! I then shot the woman separately in a 1 second exposure (as she held very still) and then used Photoshop to composite the two exposures together in this image about active lifestyles and health and fitness.
