A Drop In The Social Media Pool

A single drop of water splashes down onto a background composed of over a hundred individual social media portraits indicating the vast implications a single action can have when multiplied through social networking. Each person pictured in this image has a signed model release on file. The image has been created to facilitate easy cropping to any format while allowing ample copy space for headlines, body copy and mastheads. This is an image about the power of social media. The expanding concentric rings of water are a further symbolic reference to the expanding effects of social engagement. A drop of water can be insignificant, or it can be the beginning of a veritable tidal wave when compounded by inclusion of the crowd or a tribe or online community. The individuals pictured in the image run the gamut from young to old, include a wide range of ethnicities, and both sexes. The image is one that can cross cultural, language, and national boundaries making it great for global business uses.
