God Rays In Socotra

I photographed this God Ray image on the island of Socotra off the coast of Yemen. Though it could be a sunset it was actually a sunrise. I was standing atop the roof of a two-story hotel on the beach. We were actually having breakfast at the time and I kept jumpting up to shoot the sunrise as it developed. BTW, breakfast was yogurt with honey, scrambled eggs and a kind of flour tortilla or pita bread. Instant coffee and, of course, very sweet tea was served as well.
