Social Media Gone Horribly Wrong: An Angry Mob of People Inside a Computer Monitor

Social media, social networking, can be a wonderful way to connect with people and clients, to promote your business, products, services and even personal life. But there can be a negative side to social media; Social media gone horribly wrong. From etiquette mistakes, to strategy errors, to the dissemination of sensitive and possibly inappropriate information, there are many ways that social media can backfire.

Using Negative Images to Promote Positive Products and Services Related to Social Networking and Media

It is generally accepted that negative images do not sell as well as positive one in the world of stock photos, but I have found in my experience that negative images, particularly with an element of humor, can be powerful and successful images for communicating a company, organization, or individual's messages. In this case an angry mob of people trapped in a computer monitor shows the potential negative side of social media, yet does so with humor. It is a compelling image with impact and memorability.
