Creating Chaos, Networking, and Abstract Light Pattern Photos

To create photos of chaos, networking and abstract light patterns, as well as motion, energy and the Internet or World Wide Web, I first set my camera to "B" for bulb (which holds the shutter open as long as I hold the shutter button down), and moved my camera while photographing city lights at night. I then used Photoshop to combine several of those light exposures and then added a lens flare filter effect. The resulting image is powerful, dynamic, intricate and just plain beautiful with its complex and colorful lines of light.
